Standard Mediation Fees
Two-party disputes*

Fees include:
- Preparation
- Review of submitted materials
- Advance calls
- Working lunch for in-person mediation where applicable
*Fees for disputes involving more than two parties are set on an individual basis depending upon the number of additional parties and the facts and complexities of the dispute.
Amount in Controversy

| Over $7,500,000 | $6,000 per side |
Half-day mediations are not available for disputes involving more than $3,000,000 in controversy.
"Amount in controversy" includes the aggregated amount of all claims, counterclaims, and third-party claims.
Additional Time
$350/hour per side
For time beyond the scheduled period, billed hourly and divided equally between the parties.
Travel
When mediation is requested that is not by video or is outside of the Dallas area, the expense and cost associated with travel and time spent traveling will be added to the fee charged, depending upon the location and length of travel required.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel mediations where the fee is not timely paid and to charge a cancellation fee where the mediation is cancelled fewer than a week in advance of the scheduled date, depending upon the reason for the cancellation.
