Mediation
Gary Eisenstat offers half and full day mediation services, both in person and virtual. These mediations can occur at any phase of a dispute—pre-suit, when a dispute is pending in state or federal court or in arbitration, or post-verdict/decision, including during an appeal. Gary thoroughly reviews materials provided to him and typically confers with all counsel in advance of the mediation to help better understand the underlying dispute, the parties, and their goals and constraints, the forum, and factors that may drive decisions on all sides.

Arbitration
Gary Eisenstat serves as a private arbitrator in commercial, employment, and consumer disputes, bringing his years of experience as a trial lawyer and knowledge of substantive, procedural, and evidentiary laws and rules to bear on the disputes before him—helping the parties to create a fair and efficient forum in which to try their case.

Settlement Counsel
Having negotiated thousands of disputes as both a mediator and an advocate, Gary has a keen understanding of negotiation issues and opportunities and can be engaged to serve as settlement counsel, allowing lead trial counsel to focus on the merits of the dispute.
